"It is evident from the onset that Tom Will takes pride in his work. We opted for the GAF roofing system because it gives warranty for both the materials and the workmanship. Tom's company has expertise in this system. As everyone can relate to the stress of doing a house improvement project, it is important to have someone like Tom who guided us through the process patiently. He gave detailed explanation for the entire roofing project and addressed each of our many concerns such as putting lifetime pipe boot flashings over all the ventilation pipes to prevent leaks. He looks at what is best to get the job done correctly, adding features such as metal flashings over the valley areas of the roof even when the GAF system does not require it. He followed through with what we agreed on even when we might have forgotten about it. The finished roofing job enhances our house aesthetically and also adds value to the house. We highly recommend his business to others.
